The two hour meeting was specially arranged to discuss the promotion of education in villages in punjab as a main agenda. Mr Sunny Dhoorh, a well known businessman from Michigan was present along with his community members to discuss the need and promotion of education. Mr. Atwal presented the current scenario of the education infrastructure to the meeting members group highlighting the areas which need promotion and strategy to overcome those.

The meeting members collectively discussed the agenda during the meeting and shared their respective thoughts on how to raise the level of education and make education for all a success.

The members also stressed on hiring more education delivery staff (i.e teachers) and apply modern techniques in the classroom and also run campaigns in remote areas of punjab.

The two hour meeting was then followed by a casual socialization round in which other community members had chance to meet and greet Mr. Atwal and Sunny Dhoorh.
